As principle, the follow up of wheelchair users is done within one year within distribution. The follow-up activities aim to ascertain:
- The quality of life of users (life changes after use of wheelchair)
- Purpose of wheelchair use (They used for mobility around the house, for schooling or for business)
- The wheelchair condition and durability (It is required repair or not)
